Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
Our quality control department is in charge of inspecting the quality of raw materials, products on line, finished products and final packing. All of our QC staff have to be trained on how to lower the defective product rate and reduce loss to our factory.

Always we support our customers to take samples from us for testing, which would help us to know more about each other. The samples are always free, and the customers only have to pay for the shipping cost.

Our warranty is one year after you receive the goods or when you are selling. If you find any failure ones, please just take the pictures or videos and send them to us. As long as we confirm it, then we will replace the new ones for you without returning.
